Our Evaluation system
We have created this system in hope that it will better help enthusiastic teachers and motivated students to find each other. These evaluations will be moderated and supplemented by the site based on factors such as
: the quantity of information submitted
: the frequency of updating
: and students' feedback.

Point1
Every teacher who filled out all components earns an average score (20/50points) from the site.
Point2
Submission of your photograph (+10points), and your resume (+10points) will increase your score.
Point3
After purchasing teacher(s) E-mail addresses, students will be required to evaluate the teachers they have contacted on a point-based system.
Earning high points will further help teachers attract new students.
Furthermore, we'll give our special recommendation to the teacher who
: has earned high points in our "Student-Site Evaluation"
: is acknowledged as a dedicated teacher through our interview
: always adhere to the site rules (see below new)

[ 3 ] letting students know in advance if you are currently unavailable to teach

The Higher points the teacher does earn, the More contact from potential students and/or employers he/she can get.
