How to update
"Tips for maintaining your profile to get a greater/quicker response from potential students."
We strongly recommend updating your profile frequently.
Using your E-mail address and personal password
You can at any time modify/edit/inactivate/delete your profile through the "Member Login" section on our English Top page of the site. http://www.a-kaiwa.net/english/

Type your Email address as registered

Type your personal password

Click the< SSL Login > or < Login n> button *We strongly recommend to login in with SSL secure mode
Every 60 days after registering
You will receive E-mail from us suggesting updating. Please be sure to update your profile at least once in 60 days. In case you profile has remained unchecked for 90 days the site program will automatically invalidate it.
Quick Update
If there have been NO CHANGES in your profile, simply click the <Quick Update> button in the "Member Login" section on the English Top page. Only the date of your profile will be refreshed.
The date of your update will be displayed on the teachers' detailed information page provided to students.
Completing this simple process will move your name up to the TOP of the list in the area(s) where you registered.
***Please note***
The date of update (displayed at the top of the teacher's list) and the quantity of information submitted will more likely attract potential students since those are very important elements in their selection process.

Blue signal
shows that
Your registration is valid and your profile is currently displayed to students.
[How to Quick Update] = Press the "Quick Update" button if there have been NO CHANGES in your profile. Only the date of your profile will be refreshed.
[How to Edit] =Press the "Edit" button so that you can access your profile.
[How to Inactivate] =Press the "Inactivate" button if you are currently unavailable for new students.
[How to Delete] =Press the "Delete" button if you want your profile to be deleted from our database.
Yellow signal
shows that
We will have to invalidate your registration soon since your profile has remained unchecked for 60 days. To avoid this, please check/edit your profile.
[How to Edit] =Press the "Edit" button so that you can access your profile.
[How to Inactivate] =Press the "Inactivate" button if you are currently unavailable for new students.
[How to Delete] =Press the "Delete" button if you want your profile to be deleted from our database.
Red signal
shows that
E Your profile is not displayed upon your request. Please check/edit your profile in order to reactivate it.
E Your profile has been removed from our teachers' list since it has remained unchecked for 90days. Please check/edit your profile in order to reactivate it.
E Your registration is not completed yet. Press the "Send URL" button in order the site to re-send your URL to your E-mail address.
