I have never received a confirmation E-mail from the site.

Your mail system might put our confirmation E-mail automatically into your <Junk mail/Trash box>.
So please check your <Junk mail/Trash box> and make sure to click the URL in the E-mail in order to complete your registration process.

I can't click the URL in the confirmation email. What should I do to complete my registration process?

You can also complete your registration process by cutting and pasting (or typing) the URL into your browser.
If you still cannot complete this process, please contact us by E-mail. I registered yesterday but have not been able to log in. I get a message that says, “My registration process has not been completed yet”.
Please visit our site English Top page again. And enter your E-mail address as registered into the <Member Login> section. <Re-send my URL > page will be shown. So, click the <Re-send> button. Our confirmation E-mail will be send to your mail account again.

I registered some months ago but I forgot to click the URL in your confirmation E-mail.

Then, enter your E-mail address as registered into the <Member Login> section. <Re-send my URL > page will be shown. So, click the <Re-send> button. In Update Process

I forgot my password as registered.

Please enter your E-mail address in the "Member Login" section on our site TOP page.
Then press the "Forget Password" button. Your password will be automatically sent to you.

I have never received my password reminder even though I requested to the site to send it.

I forgot my email address as registered.

Please contact us by E-mail. We will check our database and will send your E-mail address as registered.

I have inactivated my record. How can I re-activate it?

In order to re-activate it, simply press the "update" button after logging in and checking your information once again.
